A place for your story
Welcome
Motherhood transforms you. It reshapes your body, your identity, your relationships, and your sense of self. It is not just a stage of life. It is an initiation; a profound rite of passage.
Yet in a culture that offers little guidance or recognition for this transformation, it can feel disorienting and isolating. You may find yourself changed in ways that are hard to name, standing on the threshold between who you were and who you are becoming.
You may be here because something feels off. You feel different, disconnected, or uncertain about how to inhabit this new version of yourself.
But you don't have to do this alone.
I work with women across the full arc of motherhood—from fertility and pregnancy through postpartum, and into the complex, evolving terrain of parenting adolescents and adult children. Each stage of mothering brings its own challenges, losses, and invitations to grow. Therapy offers a place to slow down, reflect, and honor your journey.
A Different Kind of Therapy
A depth approach to therapy is not about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding, integrating, and making meaning of your experience.
Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that have been overlooked or silenced by trauma, culture, or the relentless demands of caregiving. We’ll tend to the grief, longing, and uncertainty that often accompany transformation, and we’ll make space for the wisdom emerging from your experience.
My work is trauma-informed, somatic, and grounded. Sessions are collaborative and attuned to your nervous system. You can bring your full self—messy, tender, and in-process—and be met with respect and care.
About Me
I’m Maya Caldwell Eleazer, MA, LMHC, PMH-C. I am a therapist, a mother, and a longtime witness to the inner lives of women. My work is informed by years of experience in perinatal mental health, depth psychology, and trauma recovery, as well as by my background as a birth worker.
I offer therapy in person in Woodinville, WA, and online throughout Washington State.
If you’re navigating a major transition in motherhood—or seeking to reconnect with a deeper sense of self, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can honor this threshold and the person you are becoming.
